I completely agree with Adrian in terms of bad things happen when good people do nothing.

If you see bad things happening, you have a moral obligation as a leader. And like I'm 51 year

old person in Australia, I feel like I'm 51 year old person in Australia.

I feel like I'm at that age where if I see bad things happening, I should say something about them that's called leadership.

And it's incumbent on all of us to show leadership.

It's a new aspect, yeah, learning that you get criticism from people who don't know you.

And I think you just have to compartmentalise some of that.

If people don't understand you or how you operate, you don't want to give too much weight to their criticism.

So don't pay too much attention.

I don't care what you do outside of your work hours.

But while you're at work, just focus on delivering our mission in the best possible way that you can. That's where we got to. It's not perfect, but I actually think that it produces a better culture and better results, and we can prove that because of our company and our culture and what we've created, it's, it's, it's, it's really worked.
