I would challenge the sentiment that Americans think bigger.

I do believe that Australian founders in particular build with a global mindset, whereas

I have found that US founders build for the US.

VCs who haven't been founders themselves don't know how founders should run companies and C-level

execs as a class include some of the most skillful liars in the world.

The goal of the pitch deck is to get a meeting and then the plan's got to change.

Like anything you can do that can push it forward to make the chance increase that they'll give you the meeting.

And then once you get the meeting secured, it's a whole different ball game.

Given the state of funding markets, I thought this chart was an important one.
