attributing causality to success is really bloody hard like it's easier to attribute causality of failure

than it is I think to success and I think as well as humans, we tend to value effort

more than we value luck. So we naturally want to attribute success to something we did or to something

someone did. I think for the first time Fun Manager, like in the back of our mind, yeah, we want

to take a swing and hit

it out of the park, but we're also playing not to lose because every loss, even though

we're in the venture game, really hurts.

For me, it comes back to prior preparation prevents piss poor performance mentality, or

perfect practice makes perfect performance that type of mentality
