I do agree with that.

The issue isn't it being a rapper, it's being a rapper with no moat.

If you're a rapper with a moat, that's perfect.

Like you're Netflix, you're so-and-so.

I think the nuance is being lost in that all we're saying SaaS is going to zero,

the value of the software aspect is going to zero and the value in the customer ownership,

your ability to serve them in a vertical manner, your go-to-market movement's ability to find customers at scale.

It's just that once upon a time, how hardcore and robust and all of the complexity of your

software had some value, that value is just decreasing.

That's all.

So not good news that we had to share with investors, but we stood by our values of what we stand for, full transparency, and what's and all, here's his reality and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive and it was that reminder that moments like that are where you build trust for founders who may be nervous about sharing bad news with their key stakeholders. Look at it as an opportunity to build those relationships.
