Hey, what's up triathlon Trainiacs? Triathlon Terran here with the co-host of this

Triathlon Terran and no Triathlon Kim podcast. No Triathlon Kim. Yes. I can't believe I got into

the title of this. I didn't think that would happen. Into the title and she is actually going to be on

the podcast artwork. Artwork. So exciting. Yeah, we are talking to the graphic

designer about having a photo shoot with you rolling your eyes in behind me. So get, like,

get those eyelids ready or, I mean, just day to day. They're trained. Totally ready. There

you go. They've never not been ready for you. So in this first podcast episode, we're going to

start off with Kim actually interviewing me,

because that's kind of how this podcast started.

When I interviewed Mike Riley when I was down in San Diego in March, I really enjoyed

interviewing him.

And there are so many good stories like Mike's and of pros and cool age groupers and people from the industry that I felt

like I needed to share those stories, but YouTube wasn't necessarily the right place to do it

because having a 50, 60 minute plus interview on YouTube, it's just not the right platform

for it, but a podcast is. So when we came back, we started thinking about a podcast, and when Kim interviewed me

after the 37-kilometer marathon swim, the feedback that I got in the comments from all of

you trainiacs was how much you enjoyed her questioning style.

So we decided that we were going to launch this podcast with the two of us,

a little one, two, gazelle punch. Well, I'm not technically gazelle, but we don't even have to go down

that. Babbage gazelle. Well, yeah. There you go. That's not legal. What do you mean? It's not legal.

Am I just finding this out now? No, you've known this. I couldn't decide. So I did nothing. Okay, great. So what we're planning on
