It's on my to-do list. Anyway, our episode today is with James Lawrence, aka the Iron Cowboy. If you don't know

James, he's not a pro, but he's probably one of the most accomplished age group athletes in the

world, at least one of the better known for some of the long distance accomplishments that he

has completed. In 2010, he broke the half Iron Man world record completing 22, 70.3s in 30 weeks.

That was a lot of numbers in a row. In 2012, he wanted to break the full Iron Man course record,

and he did so completing 30 full Iron Man's in a year. And then during that year, he decided

that that wasn't enough. And he decided

to embark upon the 50, 50, 50, completing 50 iron man's in 50 states in 50 consecutive days.
