Yeah, not too bad. I just had a bit of sneezing fit before we started recording. So hopefully that doesn't happen again. How are you doing? Yeah, otherwise I'll get to try. Yeah, good. Sorry, I think we have a delay. Let's hope that it sorts itself out. I was going to say that maybe it will give me a chance to try a cool feature in my editing software, which is automatic cutting of coughs.

And I guess sneezing could also go into that category, but I actually never tried it.

So that would be an interesting project.

But anyway, yeah, doing good, doing good.

I want to ask you, instead of just generally asking about training, what is something interesting

that happened to you in the last week or so that would be fun to hear about?

So I mentioned that I was doing some aerodynamic testing, I think, on the last podcast we did,

which, yeah, so I went to the Portuguese National Vellodrome with Aero Edge and did some testing.

We tested some wheels and we tested some trisuits, some calf guards and made some position terrain changes.

Saved actually a decent amount of watts by moving the extensions right to the limit.

So there's a new rule where you can't,

the front of the TT bars can't go over the front of the front wheel.

I still had about four centimeters to play with,

and I pushed it right to the end there

and had a saving of at race space.
