Had a decent day of training, had some calls with some athletes, just got back on the bike.

And yeah, I had a run this morning so the legs are a bit fatigued, but it was nice to get out there in the sun.

Yeah, my day has been good. It's been pretty

moderately busy, mostly mainly with work, but I had a nice run, 16 kilometer run, just nice sort

of steady, 7-1, 7-2. And then I've been preparing this podcast a bit. I've had plenty of calls. I've had some, yeah, some

parenting duties and I told you that we had a bit of a challenge getting the baby to sleep,

but he's down now. So we're recording quite late. But yeah, it's been a good, good day or all.

About your training, since we last spoke or since we last

recorded, do you have some highlight sessions, some sessions that went really well that you could

share with the listeners? Stuff that went well. I had a good bike session yesterday. Actually,

just feeling very comfortable just below LT2. So

managed to accumulate a decent amount of volume at that intensity. And that's kind of on the

opposite end to the swim, which has been going very badly. It just seems to be going through a bit

of a bad patch at the moment in the pool. Yeah,

so hopefully I'll come out of that soon. I've made a couple changes to the stroke and yeah,

it's just always one step backwards with the swim, two steps forward. We'll get there early season.
