Hey, y'all. I went to a dev session today, a development session that is run by the developers.

0:15.9

So you have your critters, developers, and if you're not tracking the developers, they

0:20.2

take care of the physical training aspect of getting you into the pipeline and make sure

0:25.8

that you're ready.

0:26.8

And they're all former brawlers and all that kind of stuff, so they do a good job.

0:30.2

And that was my first impression. I'm going to share my thoughts. First impression was

0:34.2

the dev session. If you're training on your own and you show up to dev sessions and you

0:38.6

take it seriously, from what I saw, you're going to be ready. They're doing a fantastic

0:43.4

job at least in San Antonio and covering all the bases, all the skill sets, everything

0:49.2

that you need, psychological, physical, everything that they're doing there is a really

0:55.5

good introduction to what the pipeline is going to be like without it being just like

1:01.4

the pipeline.

1:02.4

1:13.9

the line doing broad jumps. If you do a broad jump and you get almost to the line and you

1:19.6

step across it, that might fly in dev, but it's not going to fly in the pipeline.

1:25.8

So those are the little things that you need to look like really work on and hold yourself

1:29.4

accountable so that when you get to the pipeline, it doesn't hose you.

1:33.8

Next thing, sense of urgency. Your physical manifestation of urgency reflects your attitude,

1:41.0

right? I'm not going to ask you about your attitude, but I'm based on your performance

1:45.9

and based how urgent you are and how you follow directions. I'm going to assume things

1:51.9

about your attitude. So always move with the sense of urgency. We shouldn't have to yell
