or place one hand on your chest and one hand on your stomach.

Close your eyes and breathe evenly and naturally just observing the air coming into your body and leaving it.

Be thankful for this moment of peace.

And feel positive about the night ahead. But you will sleep easily and deeply

and awake in the morning feeling restored and refreshed.

Captain Smollett, a serious gentleman, got off on the wrong foot

by warning Trilorni of his concerns about the voyage.

He had heard from the hands on board that they were sailing for treasure,

a secret the squire pretended not to have let slip.

The captain advised that, if he should stay aboard, all the arms and powder should be stored in the cabin,

along with the map and any information pertaining to the treasure.

Not even he should be privy to the details therein, and their births should be switched around
