Jim then secretly reveals to him the location of the Hispaniola.

Silver later thanks Jim for not escaping with the doctor and the pirates confident in finding the treasure, set off with Jim as a captive.

Along the way, they discover a skeleton pointing towards the treasure, indicating they are on the right track.

However, Jim remains wary that Silver might betray him at any moment.
