Well, hello there, it's Morgan here and welcome to today's episode. Today we're going to be talking about

creating boarding passes, how sharing our experiences helps people connect. Some time ago, I shared a

short story that I wrote about emotional boarding passes and it featured a character who was

going to an airport in a location that was called

the state of overwhelm and this character was trying to get somewhere else into a better state.

So I was playing on the word state, emotional state, and going to a different state, such as the ones in the United States

and so forth. And inevitably, this character who is very much so inspired by me and things that

I have felt in my own life, ended up going to the city of intrigue, and that ended up having connecting flights to other places.

So I will put a link in the show notes if you would like to read that story.

However, there is another character in the story that I never really talked much about.

And I want to talk about the role of that other character.

So there's a moment in the story

where the main character, I'll just say myself, the version of myself that I put in the story,

she is walking up to the counter and she talks to the ticket agent. And the ticket agent is saying,

giving instructions on what is possible at the airport and where you might be able to go.

And in the story, the ticket agent prints a boarding pass and then proceeds to give it to the main

character who then goes on the journey.

And I started thinking a little bit about this whole emotional boarding pass and how a emotional boarding pass

that might say something like traveling to the state of hope or traveling to the state of

intrigue or curiosity or excitement or whatever is on that boarding pass. I started to think

about the role of the person printing the boarding pass

because of course it's nice to have moments in life where we feel that we've been given
