It was a very fun week.

I got to see people from different parts of the country who came for

NeuroSikevals, and again, much appreciation for continuing to support the program. So I'm

going to revisit the topic that sometimes people, these things sometimes come in clusters.

Hey, can you talk about this? You talk about that. Even if I've done one a while ago, there's still relevance.

And I try to bring new information as I think it's important.

And I'm going to focus today on trauma, not so much from a pure diagnostic perspective.

There's the water right on cue.

But the notion of like when diagnoses like trauma kind of become a cultural identity.

And in my role as a neuropsychologist,

my primary function is to,

is really to diagnose and with specificity and accuracy. but I have seen a trend probably the last, definitely

last year, maybe a little longer, where there's a need or a want or a desire to get a diagnosis simply as a way to explain life.

And with respect to trauma, trauma is real.

It is not theoretical.

It is not trendy.

It's not a metaphor.

And it really encompasses, you know,
