So as the podcast has evolved, I've, um, I've tried to make it,

I still kind of do a lot of free format, but make it more, um, resourceful, more

diligent with notes and references.

And I did this one specifically for this episode

because it's something that I confront on a pretty consistent basis.

And essentially what I'm going to talk about today is

is autism versus social anxiety versus ADHD.

And it's pretty, it's pretty common, I'd say, in the last, definitely the last year,

probably a little bit before that, where there's this uptick for some interesting reason in people i'll get into that

later what by my personal theories are about that but um with with this with these disorders in

in particular autism and ADHD um they are legitimate diagnoses and social anxiety,

but all have very different etiologies.

And doing diagnostics for a living,

it's my job to be able to clarify,

not just in the ballpark, but actually be able to say with certainty whether or not somebody meets diagnostic criteria for any

psychiatric or neurocognitive neural developmental disorder.

But I wanted to devote an episode to this because

it seems very trendy right now. I get a lot of people, especially adults, who think I,
