But first, Donna Adelson, she was once the powerful matriarch of her family.

She now appears frail, slumped in a wheelchair, awaiting sentencing.

We broke it here first on surviving the survivor.

She was supposed to have a case management hearing on Tuesday.

That got pushed to the ether sphere. and instead they're going straight to sentencing

from what we understand.

This Monday at 3 o'clock, we'll be bringing that to you live with Tim Jansen and the

professor Joe Petuto.

But she is awaiting that sentencing for her role in the murder for hire plot that took the life of FSU law professor Dan Markell.
