We're going to be talking today about how to go from losing weight, actively, I was going to say dieting, but everyone hates the word dieting.

but you know what I mean? Actively in a calorie deficit, losing weight to being in maintenance

mode. How do you navigate that transition? So losing weight means that you are in a calorie deficit.

These two go hand in hand. If you are in a calorie deficit, then you will be

burning stored fat. That's how it works. What happens is that your body, when you are not getting

enough fuel from the food that you're eating, is going to pull from the reserves. And that's the
