This is a Salaback Church podcast.

We are in the fifth week of this series on Romans 12, on being transformed, as Andy just said.

And so in our first week, we talked about transformed living.

We've talked about transformed thinking, transformed attitudes. Last week,

Stacey talked with us about being transformed in our relationships with people that we know and

love. Today we're talking about being transformed in our worldview and how to love unlovable people.

But before we get into the message, I want to take us to our homework assignment that

our dear pastor has given all of us in memorizing Romans chapter 12, which has been so awkward.

And watching Andy and Stacey stumbling through Romans 12, as I would do today as well, because it's a whole lot to memorize.

But I did. I actually memorized it backwards and in the original Greek, you know, so...

I don't want to show off or anything. So I was talking to my wife about this.

She said, you know, it is kind

of an awkward moment. Why don't you just put it on the screen and let everybody read it instead

of faking like we know what we're talking about. Yeah, I know. She's a smart girl. So that's what

we're doing today. We're going to put the whole chapter on the screen and we're just going to read it okay because after I end he's not here so he won't even

know I won't I won't tell you don't have to tell and we can all say that that we did it right

but listen there's something about Romans 12 I'm so glad that we've been in this chapter

was actually Katie Edwards idea to memorize the chapter I haven't asked her if she's actually memorized it,

but it was her idea.

Because Romans 12 is so packed with truth

and just life-changing words from the Lord.

It is so powerful.
