It can even be as simple as going to a different museum in your town or your city.

Last weekend, my family and I went out to the desert,

You can go a couple hours and be in a completely

different environment and I will say that I am not someone who typically is

called to the desert I really love the lushness of Hawaii where we spend a lot of time. I love greenery. But there was a type of medicine. I will call it desert medicine that I very much took in to my body into my being being in such a different type of environment,
