Summary
Happy New Year! I’m so excited to be back after a long holiday break!
Today’s guest is Jack Workman. Jack took Jason’s advanced teacher training when he was just 15 years old, and now he’s a full-time teacher living in San Francisco. He talks about how he came to be interested in the practice at such a young age, why he decided to teach, and how this has shaped his life. We also talk about how Jack has adapted his teaching during the Covid 19. He jumped right in, embracing technology and starting his own YouTube channel.
You won’t want to miss this special, timely interview.

| 0:00.0 | Hey, everyone. I'm Andrea Ferretti and this is episode 221 of Yoga Land. |
| 0:09.0 | Happy 2021. Welcome back. I'm so excited to be back here with you. I took a nice |
| 0:14.7 | long break over the holidays and just let myself go. And it felt amazing. It may have potentially |
| 0:21.4 | been the longest break I've ever taken for the podcast. And in addition, it was a break that I |
| 0:27.7 | truly enjoyed because I didn't have to anticipate that Jason was going to be getting out the |
| 0:33.5 | door and traveling again. So I feel like a million dollars. And I am really excited to just |
| 0:40.0 | start the podcast again this year, y'all. A couple things. One big announcement. You may have |
| 0:45.3 | seen this on social media, but I'm really excited to announce that I am going to do an ad-free |
| 0:50.4 | podcast this year. So no outside sponsors anymore. It's something I've thought about for a while |
| 0:55.6 | and now just feels like the right time. I am so grateful to my network Acast. They're letting me |
| 1:02.0 | stay on their platforms. I can I still have the great analytics and there's no transition on |
| 1:06.9 | the back end. And I'm just also grateful to them for helping me over the years to monetize the |
| 1:12.1 | podcast and find really great sponsors for my show. But I'm equally excited to just offer this |
| 1:18.1 | content to you with no additional ads. So the only thing you have to listen to is Jason and I |
| 1:23.6 | talk about our programs and speaking of which and how's that for a segue. Jason is currently |
| 1:30.5 | registering students for his advanced teacher training. It's three modules. Right now the first |
| 1:37.0 | module sold out. So if you're interested in that one, join the wait list. And if we get enough |
| 1:42.3 | interest, we'll run it again this year at some point. If you're interested in modules two or three, |
| 1:47.9 | you can go to our website right now and register for those those are selling quickly as well. |
| 1:53.0 | And I am going to rerun my content blueprint course in March. So for all of those programs, |
| 2:00.0 | you can just go to our website, Jasonyoga.com and go to study with us and you'll see the little |
| 2:06.5 | options to find out more or I'll put links to them on this show notes page as well. Okay, so |
