1:19.6	Wear a cut-proof glove for sure because you're doing this in a weird way and you're actually mandolining it lengthwise.
1:25.3	Oh, ribbons. You're creating ribbons, right? And you're creating like relatively thin ribbons.
1:30.4	So the salad's bulk is literally just carrots.

1:35.6	There's no other vegetable added, which sounds crazy, right?
