Yes, this is a health & fitness podcast. But physical health is only one component of holistic wellness. 0:13.5	junior pilot. How are you doing? Doing great, Rich. Thanks for having me back on your show.
0:19.2	Yes. Well, I think it was about time. I think so. You know, it's been a while. We had to take,
0:24.5	we had to take a break. We did. But I figured I wanted to have a conversation with my wife. And so
0:29.6	why not broadcast it to the world if we're going to talk? Absolutely. I figure it's so nice that
0:34.4	we have a chance to get so intimate and close. We created the podcast just so that we could have
0:39.7	intimate conversation. It's changed everything for us. With four kids, you know, we never get a chance
0:43.9	to actually connect. So this, I guess, will serve that purpose. It's a privilege. Yeah, that's right.
0:52.7	So how do you feel about the reaction coming your way on the podcast? Well, the reaction.
0:59.0	Well, first of all, I just want to say thanks so much for all that I've gotten so many emails
1:03.6	and messages and tweets from people supporting me. And I really, really appreciate that very much.
1:08.8	So it's been really extraordinary. You know, it always is touching and makes a difference.
1:15.4	You know, in my life, when I know that by sharing my own journey, it inspires other people and
1:20.5	helps other people to find their own way. And I'm not really going to focus on anything else.
1:26.5	No, I would say that there is a lot of great feedback in what you're bringing to the equation.
1:32.9	And just to reiterate, I stand behind you 100%. Thank you, Diane. And you're a big part of this
1:39.2	podcast and you will remain so. And you know, we have, it's a polarized thing. You have huge
1:46.0	champions on one side. And then you have some sort of outspoken snarkiness on the other hand.
1:51.9	And it's been an adventure. You know, I've sort of been a little bit because of the book and
1:57.3	other, you know, sort of speaking, going around speaking this past year, whatever. I guess I'm a
2:01.6	little bit in the spotlight, but it's a new thing for Julie. And we've had to weather a little bit
2:07.8	of discontent from a few people that might see the world a little bit differently.
