Well, today happens to be the final episode in a series we've been exploring this week,

having to do with discovering your inner wisdom with the chakras.

itself, but each episode is also a collection of a series. So there are seven chakras.

We explored a chakra each day this week.

Today you will meet your seventh chakra.

And the wisdom this seventh chakra offers you has to do with a feeling of complete connection and ever new joy and harmony.

And this is how you feel when you get to a nice inner stillness while you're meditating.

And you could consider your seventh chakra to be the state where you feel connected as a person
