Now, in this week's episode, I chat with Robin Spiseman about what it means to love out loud,

how to shift negative thinking, ways to strengthen relationships, and tips on being more

interesting to be interested. Before we hear from Robin, I just wanted to say a big thank you to

everyone, A, who voted on the new look for tranquility, which I'll be sharing more about this

in the weeks to come, But I'm going to be

shifting tranquility over into a new look and definitely some more changes to come. But never fear.

I am not getting rid of tranquility. I've heard from a few of you was like, what does the big

change mean? I'm wearing my skirt pants from 2006 now. I can't get rid of it.

I was like, no worries. You will have tranquility. You will still have it. Just going to be doing

some streamlining and shifting. And as you'll see, a new look. So again, thanks to everyone who

voted. I think we had like 50 votes. So thank you, thank you, thank you.
