Hello there, this is Kimberly Wilson, and welcome to the 444th edition of Tranquility

DeJure.

I'm recording here from Costa Rica, and we are here leading a retreat.

It's, gosh, probably my 15th time here, and it's tranquility in the tropics.

So yoga, twice a day, mindfulness incorporated into all of it, and then art journaling in the afternoons.

So we started yesterday.

This is day two and absolutely

delighted to be here with sunshine, papaya, blue skies. So it's a real treat and a big,

happy presence day to those of you who are stateside. Also, I've recorded a few videos, and then

there's also some photos that I'll be posting over on Instagram.
