Today's episode is Making Peace with Your Mind, with Mark Coleman.

0:21.3

In this episode, you're going to learn two essential skills needed to navigate life storms,

0:28.4

how to free yourself from the inner critic, tools for dealing with that darn inner critic,

0:34.9

and then the therapeutic power of nature, which I'm sure many of you are already fully aware

0:41.1

about.

0:41.8

But it's really nice to hear it from someone who actually leads nature retreats and believes

0:47.1

in this wholeheartedly.

0:49.3

Now, the great thing about this podcast is he is a therapist and a mindfulness teacher. So you're going to get lots and lots of goodness.

2:04.6

park and having your phone tucked away in your purse, where you actually look around and listen

2:11.8

to the sounds, the birds, the people. Spending time with animals, of course, is one of my favorite

2:17.0

ways to take a mindful

2:18.4

moment. Also snapping photos. On the way to my office last week, I snapped some photos of some

2:24.8

beautiful pink hydrangeas and shared that on Instagram. And, you know, to me, that's a mindful

2:30.7

moment, savoring and then sharing. Drinking in green juice, of course, which is how I also love to start my mornings,
