| 0:09.0 | Hello there, this is Kimberly Wilson, and welcome to the 396th edition of Tranquility |
| 0:16.4 | DeJure. |
| 0:17.6 | Today we have a returning guest, Sam Bennett, and her latest book is called |
| 0:23.0 | Start Right Where You Are, and we're talking all about this. And I love it because the |
| 0:28.5 | subtitle is how little changes can make a big difference for overwhelmed procrastinators, |
| 0:34.5 | frustrated overachievers, and recovering perfectionists. So I'm sure many can relate |
| 0:40.3 | to at least some area of the subtitle. And you're going to learn tips for handling overwhelm, |
| 0:47.3 | and tips on making small, doable changes that can lead to big joy. |

| 1:39.7 | to be in the participant experiencer mode. And the highlight I I have to say, was my bathroom. It was a |
| 1:48.0 | bathroom that was offset from the room. So initially, I was like, oh, boo. But then whenever they |
| 1:53.2 | showed me the bathroom, it was like encased in glass with window panes, like the glass panes had |
| 1:59.9 | been hand-painted by D.H. Lawrence, and it had a |
| 2:02.9 | clawfoot tub. So it was actually the envy of everyone. People were like, can I come and use your |
| 2:07.5 | tub? So I had many visitors soaking in the tub. So that was just an absolute delight. And of course, |
