| 0:33.7 | And I want to share a few practices to help ground our energy when we're dealing with suffering. |
| 0:40.7 | Considering the results of the election, last week, it's been a pretty intense week in Washington, D.C. |

| 0:52.7 | And so no matter what, who you voted for, if you didn't vote, this actually voted for Hillary Clinton. And so no matter what, who you voted for, |
