And considering I'm fresh back from a seven-day mindfulness retreat with John Cabot Zen, it just

felt really appropriate because I can relate to so much of what she shares.

And if anything, and also this podcast really, it inspires, I think, and shed some light on what goes on in a silent meditation retreat and all the thoughts and feelings and, you know, sensations, definitely, that come up during a silent retreat and really kind of tuning in and listening to the mind, which is such an active little bugger.
