I'm here for a writers' conference, and welcome to the 318th edition of Tranquility

DeJure. Today's show features Jennifer Hesley on running a dog rescue. You'll learn what it takes

and I cannot believe it's been nearly a month since our last podcast.

I was in Paris for two weeks, making the recording and transmission a little tricky,

and then as soon as I got back, Lebo headed off on a six-week bike trip and and then

I headed to tell so it's been quite a lot of travel over the past few weeks so I want to say thank

you for your patience and thank you for tuning in and we will return to our every other week

recorded segments and sharing of many, many ways to involve yourself

with a dose of tranquility.

And just a little plug, a few things that I have coming up are around mindfulness,

around kind of a feminine spirituality, and Eva, from a guy who wrote a really cool memoir.
