need to use names, but let's just talk treadmill calibration.

Treadmill.

Ah, yes.

It's just an interesting topic.

A treadmill, like, building a false sense of confidence or a false sense of insecurity,

depending on the calibration, depending on certain factors.

You may run workouts on the treadmill that you can't even come close to duplicating outside on

real terrain, or you may be slow as heck on the treadmill and then go outside and run faster.

And most of it has nothing to do with your actual fitness and everything to do with how the treadmill is actually calibrated compared to real life running.

And I just think it's an interesting thing because how many treadmills are actually probably exactly accurate?
