He kind of got the ultra experience without any of the super lows. Like he didn't vomit. He didn't have GI issues. He didn't cramp. But he got to some low points physically and he made it through the other

1:54.4	somebody slower than me, and it's a long, slow plod, sometimes it sucks the life out of your
