and I completed every second of it. Every second. No pain. I mean, that's the thing. The time on

feet is incredible for you to go back through two surgeries and now to go for an hour and a half run.

Yeah, because the last three Saturdays have been the longest runs I've done since Tahoe last year.

So 11 months, almost a year.

And each one's got progressively longer. I went 60 minutes, 75 minutes, and then I went 90. And I just keep expecting because I'm only running twice per week. I run on Tuesday or Wednesday and then I run on Saturday. And all the rest is on the bike or running, but it's on the treadmill above 8 or 10%.
