For training camps camps we have a

press and bench press camp in Indianapolis at starting strength Indianapolis

that'll be March 22nd and deadlift and power clean also in Indianapolis that'll be

July 26th and then the following are all squat and deadlift camps of spot still

available Orange County California at the Strength Co on January 18th Phoenix

Arizona at weights and plates on February

8th, and then Indianapolis on November the 8th. Also be on the lookout for camps to be added to

Rome, Italy, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Long Island, New York. Do you have a friend or family member

that's annoyingly weak? Well, you can do one or two things. Either you can continue to pick on them
