Summary

In today’s show, we are putting Gary Singleton in your passenger seat to discuss training in the off-season. Regardless as to whether you are in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades the slow seasons are inevitable. What you do during the down time makes a difference and, in many ways, it is the slow periods that allow for the most gain come opening day. Gary is no stranger to slow seasons growing up in the heating and air conditioning industry. He has weathered the weather for decades making it from a maintenance tech to an owner and most recently a trainer. His vast experience over the years speaks credibility to what he believes a home services professional should be focusing on to get better. The off-season is the time to refine not the time to recline. It is the time to grow and challenge yourself in the areas of weakness to hit the ground running come game time. Listen to this week’s episode as we dig into the mind of a professional who has lived it out.

And matter of fact, some of the guys who were higher up on the board, I had to help them. I had more tech knowledge. okay? I was actually a really sharp tech. I also
