Perfect weather for the races this weekend everybody i heard from after our show

yesterday i was like haines a natural man and he's going to be on the mic tomorrow for the full

100k and 50k broadcast also joining us another natural from the bay area bay area running

where we got here it was like 90 degrees and now it's nice, gloomy, kind of cool, a little misty.
