and our snub to the Apple subscribers there was very intentional. We don't like you as much. And we think that you're in fear. No, we love all of you. And we thank you so much for making the show possible. And I'm not sure if you can tell, but we are in the same room right now. And I think you all know what that means.

It means that we have gone into production on season 10, which is very exciting.

I do want to give a quick update before we quvel about season 10 a little bit about what's been going on with the last couple episodes of season 9.

So season 9 ends with a series of live episodes, which were all recorded through in the summer

and the fall.

And those have been a little bit of an editing challenge, and both Hugh and I had some family

stuff occur over the holidays, and we were not able to get as much of that done as we would

like.

But those episodes are recorded.

They are being, like, worked out, and that will be coming very soon to finish out the season for you. Please be patient. Sorry for the delay. We're doing our best. They're coming. They're on the way, and they're really good. They're two amazing episodes. Like, actually, I think two of the best episodes you ever done. Yeah, a combination of technical and personal problems in a perfect storm.

But, yeah, we're really looking forward to getting a new season out to you. We've already just

recorded two yesterday, and they were great, very fun episodes, I think. Yeah, they're wonderful.

I think we have a nice mix of classic stories, classic themes, new stories.

And if we sound a little below our peak today, that's because we made a ill-fated sojourn

to a flamenco bar last night.
