So I read your story and anytime I read about people hiking these longer trails it always grabs my attention

always has since I was a little kid. But when I read your story I said, okay, this

because a little bit more than somebody just hiking from Key West Florida up to

your Foundland Labrador, Canada. And before we get further into this, we're talking

about a trail here that is I believe was it 4,400 miles which is 7100 kilometers and it's a connected

basically is a series of trails that connect that start in Key West Florida as I said and go all the way north.

Okay, yeah, so the Eastern Continental Trail is actually 5,600 miles.

I'm reading something old then. Yes, so it's actually about 4,800 miles if you stop at

Quebec but Canada has these lovely islands you can continue on to on the

International Appalachian Trail,
