If you don’t feel hydrated after drinking water, then the frequency of the water you are drinking is not coherent with what your body needs at that moment.

Water, food, information, conversations, environments, and sleep are only a few things among the nine pillars of health that we tend to forget about in today’s modern society. These are simple, basic pillars we can easily take control of and optimize. Making small changes to your daily habits could be the key to upgrading your vitality.
