Notre Dame recruiting officiator Eric Thomas. We're bringing back a recruiting podcast in light of an

incredible hot streak by the fighting Irish on the trail. In the span of 10 days,

Nordame earned commitments from four four-star prospects according to 24-7's composite rankings.

One of those is, of course, Ronnie Dunham, a borderline five-star prospect, and yet he may

not have the most upside among the recent commits.

The streak started when Ebenezer Iwitade pledged a nerd name on April 5th.

He's long, lean, and raw. Eric, what makes Iwitade pledged an urname on April 5th. He's long, lean, and raw.

Eric, what makes Iwantade so special?

Yeah, man, it's, Iwitade is a unique one.

He is at his very best, freakishly fast off the line, like unguardably fast around the outside.

He, as you mentioned, he's still lean.

He's going to need to be able to add mass to sustain himself and really kind of

tap into his maximum power that he can kind of push into the offensive line when he's

going.

But he does do a good job of, you know, working with his hands.

Like he's not highly advanced, but he does do a good job,

especially the outside of working with his hands to create gaps and let his speed go.

He has a little bit of a tougher time, you know, working on the inside,

trying to come back against runs and things like that.

But you can see that the tool sets there.

Like he's not a weak player.
