| 0:00.0 | I predict this is going to be a great episode, but as you'll find out a lot of predictions |
| 0:07.8 | are wrong, I really hope I'm not wrong this time though, you're listening to the Property |
| 0:11.5 | Podcast, I'm Robby with RobD, and this week we're finding out that the experts might |
| 0:16.8 | not be so sharp after all. |
| 0:25.1 | Welcome to the Property Podcast where every Thursday property investors come to be informed |
| 0:29.1 | and inspired. Yesterday we are doing the one thing that nobody who makes a prediction |
| 0:33.3 | ever wants you to do, which is to go back and see in hindsight whether that prediction |

| 1:13.1 | tenants having animals. And the way this has been reported makes it sound like you now |
| 1:18.8 | have to accept pets by default and have to object case by case if you specifically don't |
| 1:24.2 | want them. In fact, though, that is not the case. All they've done is insert a clause into |
| 1:29.6 | the government's standard model ASC, which is something that you can choose to use if you want to, |
| 1:35.3 | but you don't have to. And I very seldom come across anyone who actually does. So that clause is |
| 1:39.9 | in there if you decide to use the model agreement, but you don't have to. So if you don't want to |
| 1:43.9 | accept pets, you still don't have to. But this is maybe a hint, Rob, and we've seen this before |
