My name is Des, listen to your podcast the other day on exit strategies.

What I'm interested in is I've got a probably that have held for about 15 years, I bought

it for £80,000, it's probably now worth around £200,000, but it's mortgage that £150,000.

Obviously I've remodeled it to invest elsewhere and I've kind of done okay with that.

I guess my question is should I sell it or should I rent it?

It's a leasehold property, got 90 years left on it, I'm mindful that if I sell it, I'll

be liable for capital gains so may not be able to take much out of it.

So should I just rent it knowing that my mortgage is £280,000 on the plus costs and my rental

income is probably around £900 a month less cost, so I just really appreciate your insight

and yes or no as to whether I should hold or whether I should sell.
