1:24.4	your move now who's been tracking these things that's roundabout right a typical
1:28.4	fall-through rate is around 28 to 30% of all sales.

1:33.8	That means as a seller, you might think that you finally got an offer on your house, you've
1:37.3	accepted it, you're mentally moving on, but one in three times, that's going to fall
