Pat already has two buy to let properties and is wanting to increase his cash flow but doesn’t need the rental income to live on.  Second up we've got Natasha who has a residential property with a consent to let from her mortgage provider.   She’s now wanting to remortgage but oddly the bank is now telling her "no". She wants to know what Rob & Rob would do.
