So it's not quite 6 AM yet. It's a early start. Thankfully it's light which makes it easy again up at this time.

The reason for me being uncharacteristically quiet is

I don't want to wait my family up because I'm still at home. I'm about to head off on a

journey up north from our home in hearts to visit a few of our development sites today.

episode 285 I'm Rob D and I've been left alone in the studio today but with good reason because

it's allowing us to put together a fantastic episode because this week we wanted to

take a little look into the world of Rob B what's actually like being involved in property investment day to day?

And indeed not just property investment, but property development. We're involved in a few different

developments at the moment, all at different stages of the process, and Rob was planning on spending the day

driving around checking in on all of them so we thought what a fantastic opportunity

to give him a microphone send him out and report back with his updates now much as I

would have loved to go and have a look for myself, I'm not complaining at all

about being left at home because for a start I do tend to get a bit car sick, but also it sounds like

Rob had a very early start.

There are all the different stages of the journey.

We've got a sighting crew that's flying along and is only a few months away from being finished.

Then we've got a site that we've not even started on yet in Ashland the line, but we'll be starting on any week now.

And then a couple of really interesting sites, one we've just had an offer accepted on,

and another one that we are in legals on, advanced legals in fact.

So a real mixed bag today definitely hit the miles in and plenty of thinking time in the car too.
