thanks for the hard work you guys have been doing over the years

taking time to support so many of us in our quest to become financially free

I have two questions one One, how come you guys have not got your own TV show yet?

And secondly, I've just read a book by Samuel Lees. He writes about lease option agreements,

where you agree on a set price for a property, but instead

of buying it there and then, you pay nothing for the property, rent it out and give a percentage

of the rent to the original owner, and then after a few years you pay for the property at the agreed price.

He says this is a win-win for everybody.

The buyer gets a house for nothing and can start renting a property out straight away and the seller
