podcast it's episode 240 and this week I'm going home yes it's an introduction

to investing in the north. Yes it is indeed and we're very lucky to have a real life northerner on the show with us today,

Mr Rob B, who's going to guide us through some of the areas but I'm

going to have a crack as well because I have actually been there in fact Rob we were in the

north together just yesterday. We were it was a brilliant day, really good day.

Loads of exciting things happened and we can't tell you any of it.

Which is very typical of us.

There's loads happening at the moment.

Rob and I are seeing lots of each other and we're still

getting on which is great and it's not just because we enjoy each other's

company it's because we're working on actually multiple big projects at the

moment so much happening so much we're desperate to tell you

about. It won't be long before we can, but all I can say is we're just a little bit more

excitable than we normally are and that's a pretty high level anyway.
