And today we're looking at new builds. Yes, we are a topic that we've touched on many a time, but never given it its own episode.

So today we're putting that right, and also it gives me an opportunity to go on the record and set something straight so more on that in just a second

But before we get into our main topic a quick nod towards the news and Rob there's a new home track report out today we do like a good house price index

We do we do in home track makes it even more interesting for us because it breaks down the price growth or falls city by city.

but who has gone into number one for the first time? Manchester. I think this

is going to be a very small podcast. Yes Manchester topping the league with 8.8% growth in the last 12 months, beating Bristol into second.

upset with that necessarily but it does kind of go to show that buying in London for capital growth,
