1:26.3	It's next to an area known as the Stutt and Coldfield, which is quite an affluent area.
1:31.1	I just wondering how you'd expect this to impact house prices. I know there's a lot of
1:36.2	redevelopment going on nationally so I think this would be obviously a useful topic.
