0:09.7	industry's been trying to outdo us this week so this week we're looking at a very busy week in property.

1:09.7	went to the meet-ups last night how was it was great. I went to the new Waterloo meet up, so there
1:15.8	used to be a meetup at South Bank, but it's now moved to a far improved venue in Waterloo,
1:21.5	and it was really, really good. It was very really good it was very loud it was very busy
1:24.4	I think that meet-up is going to be extremely popular I think it's going to be
1:28.4	challenging for being our biggest now and it's really great because a couple of guys
1:32.4	from RMPMP were there running
1:34.0	the show. Nick, our meet-up leader from Bournemouth was up so I got to hang out with him and
1:40.0	just meet a lot of really cool people some extremely experienced and some just
1:44.7	starting out but as ever super friendly really fun no pressure it's it's exactly
1:50.9	what you'd want a property hub meet-up to be it's exact I think it's exactly the you'd want a property hub meet up to be.
