Ahmed. Hi Robin Rob, I'm Ed from Hull. Just got a question about what's best to do when you have a tenant leave without notifying you.

I've had a tenant who's been in a year and a half, paid the rents on time every month, but they haven't notified me of a leaving I've been down to the property

and found it's all empty well not empty they've left loads of junk and I'm just want to know about the best procedure to make sure I don't do

anything wrong when trying to clear it and you know take ownership back despite not
